August 28, 1969, is hereby amended by deleting the foi lowing therefrom:
"WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary i� the improve�ent
described as Grading and Surfacing Ivy Ave. , 6altier St. to Matilda St.
Comptroller's Contract L-7176"
"RESOLVED, That the City of St. Pa�l through its City Council approves
the foregoing addittons made in accordance with the specifications in the su�
of $71 .60, said amount to be added to the lua�p sum consideration named in the
contract known as Comptroller's Contract L-7176 and which amount is to be
financed firc� City's share of Local Improve�ent Og20-701" and the following
is hereby inserted in lieu and inblace thereof
