Ware's Eastern Heights Acre Lots, from Pedersen Street to Winthrop Street by con- demning and taking those parts of Tract J, Registered Land Survey No. 82 and of Lots 19, 20 and the west 45 feet of the east 55 feet of the south 122.22 feet of Lot 16, Block 2, Robert L. Ware's Eastern Heights Acre Lots, lying between 2 lines 122 feet and 142 feet north of and parallel with the north line of Margaret Street. Also easements in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the proposed alley in Registered Land Survey No. 82 and Block 2, Robert L. File No. 17364-5 To the Council of the City of St. Paul: I have been asked to write this letter to the Council of the City of St. Paul on behalf of Mr. and Mrs . Rudolph A. Anderson, 1868 Century Avenue, North St. Paul, Minnesota 55109, who are the owners of the following property which is involved in this proceeding: � Except part taken and subject to easement, the following: Easterly 80 feet of Lot 20, except the Northerly 30 feet thereof, in Block 2 in Robert L. Ware's Eastern Heights Acre Lots. This letter is intended to advise you of Mr. and Mrs. Anderson's objection � ' Council of the City of St. Paul August 29, 1969 Page 2 to the taking of their property for the opening, widening, and extending of the alley above described. This alley will serve no useful purpose for the Andersons since their property is already accessible to the street, and the Andersons do not contemplate any use of their property in the future which would necessitate the alley being put in.
