with the properry description number of 04-28-23-11-0008 was assessed the amount of $9,905.28
WHEREAS, 1619 Dayton Avenue was assessed for curb and gutter which was not replaced and
should not have been charged for said curb and gutter, said assessment should be reduced to $5,696.65
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment of $9,905.28 be reduced to
$5,696.65
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to request the necessary
changes be made to the properiy owner's 2004 property taxes.
