WHEREAS, the Merriam Park Parents Club of Saint Paul has
applied for permission to suspend. a banner at the intersection of
Marshall and Cleveland Avenue in the City of Saint Paul from
September 7, 1969 through September 15, 1969, said banner to read,
"'BOOYA' September 14 at Merriam Park Community Center, " and.
WHEREAS, the City Architect approves the location, size, d.esign
and hanging of said. banner, and. recommends the same to the City
Council; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council does hereby approve the application
of the Merriam Park Parents C1ub of Saint Pau1 and does hereby authorize
and permit the said. Merriam Park Parents Club to suspend. its banner
at the intersection of Marshall and Cleveland Avenue from September 7
through Septernber 14, 1969, subject to all terms of the 5aint Paul
