Co e - ' cellaneous Water Provisions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 252.14 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
is hereby amended by deleting the same there from in its entirety and
inserting the following in place thereof;
252.14 Charge for Turn-on. When water has been turned
off for the non-payment of charges due, for the in-
fraction of rules, or upon the written request of the
owner or authorized agent, the same will not be turned
� on again until all charges and penalties are paid, to-
gether with the charge of five dollars to cover the cost
of the turn-on. If the meter has to be re-set, the cost
of re-setting the meter shall include the turn-on charge.
If, in addition to the turn-on, the meter has to be reset,
the charge for turn-on and meter reset shall be $8.00.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after October 1, 1969.
