The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul havin� received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance �
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa.id re�port, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is her�by a�proved and adopted,=�nd the said imp�ro�esnBnt _
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Ctiuncil recommends is
to change the �ada ef t�e alley ia Black 7, �atcel rark Divie`io� 4 fro� Wbi�e
Bear Avenue to Van Dyke Stre�t to con�ormm to the grade as s�own oa the profile
oa �ile ia the Department of Public Works.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of
Anauat, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council C'hamber af the Court
Hause and City Hall Building in the Gity af St. Paul. That the Cammissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner pravided by th� Char.ter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total coat thereof as estimated.
