Su6ject: Re: Fwd: TN/River Corridor heights amendment
In Lee's resolutian you could delete the existing that says "He+ght regufations for TN zones on
University Avenue" because f think Councilmembers Montgomery and Benanav are satisfied with the
compromise as a permanent regulation.

Replace #y,'with "Method for measuring the size of doubfe-sided signs—whether to count one side, or both
sides, or to devise some aftemative formula"

I was actually wondering about the amendment regarding 2-sided signs. Larry had mentioned it last week
as something else that might need to be included in the "study' items, and Lee is willing to introduce and
amendment if you have language for him.
Thanks Allan - Jennifer

Per your request to Larry Soderholm, attached are the zoning amendments re. TN heights allowed in the
River Corridor that Peggy Lynch and John Grzybek want. I think Larry explained to you that these are
amendments proposed by Peggy and John, not by staff. If these are amendments that the City Council
wants to adopt, they are in the correct form and use the correct terms. liowever, these amendments are
not recommended or supported by staff.
