The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Gommissioner of Finance -
upon the above improvement, and having eonaidered said reiport, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby apgraved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is .

House and City Ha.11 Building in the City af St. Faul. That the Gommissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating'the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�a,l cost thereof as estima.ted.
