RESOLVED, that John Demaree be paid the sum of $1,215.00
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
f.or compensation resulting from his injury of April 29 , 1967 ,
while employed by the Department of Public Safety , Bureau of
Fire Protection, whereby he suffered a l0o permanent partial
disability to his right arm and shoulder, and that $1,215 .00
is now due and payable.
