i�1EREAS, The Couacil of• tt�� City of Saint Pau1 is inforraed by the
Co�issioner of Public Sa�etq that a nuisance ex3.sts on the property
located at 565 Aurora in the City of Saint Paul, for whieh the owner of
recoz+d cannot be fouttd, �rhich nuisance constitutes a hazard to the public
health, welfare and safety; and
WHEREAS, Such nuisance more p�rticularly consist� of an accumvlation
of weeds and grass, which harbors rodents, vermin, and other noxious
animals and things; and
WHEREAS, P�rsuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of
Sai�tt Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Saint Faul Legi:lative Code
the ownex of such property cannot be found; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the reca�meadation of the Comvaissioner of
Public Safety the Cc�nissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to
summarily and forthwith remove the said nuisance, the cost of such
retnonal to be charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it
FEJRTHER RESOLV�D, That the Cc�rrmissioner of Public Safety is
directed to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forward the
same to the Cour�ty Auditor on or before October 1 of the year in
which ascertained, for collection in the same manner as taxes again�t
said property.
