RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Blk. 4,
SYNOICATE N0. 4 ADD. from Victoria St. to Avon St. Also construct a
sewer for storm water purposes in the alley and in Victoria St., under
Preliminary Order No. 2411i5, approved Nove.�nber 27, 1968, and Final
Order No. 243626, approved May 6, 1969, be and the same are hereby
approved and the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to
order said work done under Public Works �ontract No. 69-G-1923; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement including
engineering and inspection expenses to be included with the assessment
against benefited property.
