WHEREA.S, the C� A hitect has re uested the Cit Council to hold

a public hearing to consid.er the ad.visability and. necessity of the correction
or wrecking and removal of the single family d.welling at 706 Cor3cord.ia Street
(New File}, more particularly described. as Lot 7, Block 3, Wm. Bickel's
subd.ivision except the north 10 ft. of said. lot, because said build.ing is reported
to constitute a hazardous structure, and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record. owner of the property is
the d.eceased Charles E. Crawford.; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the Council of the
City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the Court House in said city at
10 a, m. on Tuesday, July 29, 1969 to consider the advisability and necessity
of ord.ering the correction or wrecking and removal of the s+tructure on the above
described property because said structure is reported. to constitute a ha:�ardous
build.ing and a hazard to public health, safety and. welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Architect, on behalf of the City Council,
notify by mail the record owner�s representatives as well as other interested
persons of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
