WHEREAS, the t chitect has\requested. the City Council to hold
a public hearing to consid.er�t e ad.visability and necessity of the correction or
wrecking and removal of the duplex dwelling and garage at 157 N. Kent Street,
(more particularly d.escribed. as the South 8D feet of Lot 1, Block 6, Woodland
Park add.ition to the City of Saint Pau1) because said. buildings are reported
to constitute a hazardous structure, and.
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record, owners of the property
are Adolph E. and .Alice A. Schwarz; therefore, be it
RE50LVED, that a public hearing be held. by and before the Council of the
City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the Court House in said city at
10 a,m. on Thursd.ay, July 31, 1969, to consid.er the advisability and necessity
of ordering the correction or wrecking and removal of the structure on the
above described pro�perty because said structure is reported to constitute
a hazardous building and a hazard. to public health, safety and. welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Architect, on behalf of the City Council,
notify by mail the record owner of the property in question at the last known
address, as well as other interested persons of record., of the d.ate and time of
the hearing.
