In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement 50 feet in width for
the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public storm water sewer on, under,
across and through a portion of the N.E. � of N.W. �, Sec. 26, T 29 N, R 23 W, and
lots 18 t� 19 Lake Como Villas, the centerline of said easement being described as �

7 feet �ortherly and 3 feet eas�teriy of the intersection of the centerline of
Viotoria St. and Como Ave.; thence in a NW' ly direction ,at a deflecting angle of
68 34' to the left f rom a line 3 feet easterly of and pa�allel to the centerline of
said Victoria St. for a distance of 71 .1$ feet to the N'ly property line of Cc�no
Ave. and the point of begir�ning of said 50 feet wide easement; thence continuing in
a NW' ly direction on said deflection angle a distance of i20.10 feet; thence NW'1y
at a deflection angle of 54° 34' to the right for a distance of 70.39 feet; thence
NW' ly at a deflection angle of 7° 30' to the left for a distance of 110.70 feet.
Thence NW'ly at a deflection angle of 7° 30' to tMe right for a distance of 179•,91
feet and there terminating in Lake Como. This easement is required for the Orchard-
Grotta Rel�ief Sewer System, 5-1242.
