directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

o�der of the Council known as Council File No. 244480 approved
June 13th. �9 69 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the
west side of Frank St. from Orange St. to the south approximately 130 ft. and
by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to cmnplete said im-
