WHEREAS the Cor�nissioner of Highways has prepared pretiminary plans
for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 392 renumbered as
Trunk Highway Number 94 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paui
from Mounds Blvd. to Kennard St.; and
. WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the De-
partment of Highways, St. Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and iden-
tified as Layout No. 15 l, S.P. 6283-�6 (9�+=392) from Mounds Blvd. to
Kennard St.; and
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and
identified are also on fite in the office of the Cortanissioner of Public
Works; and
WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolution shall be deemed and iotended to mean, refer to, and
to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly
identified and described;
N01�1, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the improve-
c9� ment of Trunk Highway Number 392 renumbered Trunk Nighway Number 94 within
the limits of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
