RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Conunittee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to
the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale St.,
St. Paul, Minnesota - 2 - Ful].-Tilt Cab Truck Chassis with Special Van Body
(Less allowance for trade-in) for the Department of Parks, Recreation and Public
Buildings, and 2 - 8,800 G. V. W. Truck Chassis (Less allowance for trade-ins)
net
for the Department af Public U.tilities, to McGee Trucks, Inc. at a total/cost
of $17,847.10, in accordance with City specifications therefor and the Formal
Bid ��3648 of said McGEE '��uCKS, INC,, such bid being the lowest and said McGee
Trt�cks, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is authorized to draft the proper form of contract therefor and
the proper City officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Pau�.
