RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the Gity of Saint Paul, Agreement
No. 56193 between the State of Minnesota, Department of
Highways, and the City of Saint Paul relative to the dis-
charge of ground water pumped by the State from a test well
at the subject project site into the Minneapolis-St. Paul
San.itary District Sewer System via the City' s catch basin
on the southwest corner of the intersection of Pleasant
Avenue and St. Albans Street, as more particularly set forth
in said agreement.
