The Coc�issioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliaainary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243478 approved April 29th. 1969
relative to_constructing new sidewalk on the south side of Conway St. from Ruth St. to
Pederson St. vacated and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
