ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Com�issioner of Public Works, having had uader consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No, 24376�, approved May 9th. 19 69
relative to constructing new sidewalk on the south side of Sherwood Ave. from Pros-
perity Ave. to Hazelwood Ave, and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement.
