RESOLVED, that Warren Clasen be paid the sum of $1 ,980.00
out of the Workmen' s Gompensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of September 12, 1968 ,
while in the employ of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of
Fire Protection, whereby he suffered a 15o permanent partial dis-
ability to his left leg, and that $1,980 .00 is now due and payable.
