WHEREAS, Animal Ark has generously offered a contribution of three, stacked, stainless steel aniinal
holding cages to the City of Saint Paul Office of LIEP, Animal Control Center; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of these cages is to house anunals humanely at the Saint Paul Animal Control
Center, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby accepts Animal Ark's generous and
thoughtful gift and extends its deep appreciation and thanks to Animal Ark for the same.

The Animal Control Center could use addiflonal cages to replace deteriorated cages. Animal Ark offered a conhiburion of the three,
stacked, stainless steel cages. Council action is necessary for Anicnal Control to accept these cages.
