1 WHEREAS, Council File 97-706 authorizing limited transferability of ta�cicab licenses was approved by the City
2 Council on July 4, 1997; and

4 WI�REAS, the existing license holder, Yellow Cab Service Corporation, sole owner of Airport and Airline
5 Taxicab Cozporation, intends to sell 100 percent of the stock of the Airport and Airline Taxicab Corporation; and
6
7 WHEREAS, the proposed applicant, Intrastate Incorporated, intends to purchase 100 percent of the stock of Airport
8 and Airline Taacicab Corporation, and to continue operating under the existing corporate colors and name, Airport
9 and Airline Taxicab Corporation; and

11 WHEREAS, the proposed applicant, Intrastate Incorporated, has satisfactorily fulfilled threshold criteria for taYicab
12 licensure as enumerated in Saint Paul Legislative Code Secs. 376.08, 376.09, and 376.10; now, therefore, be it

14 RESOLVED, that taacicab vehicle license numbers 9, 10, 64, 65, 94, 96, 97, 98, 103, 125, 126, 127, 147, 148, 149,
15 150, 209, 211, 222, 237, 238, 249, 273, 605, 1031, 1032, 1033, 1034, 1035, 1036, 1037, 1038, 1039, 1040, 1041,
16 1042, 1043, 1044, 1045, 1046, and 1047 are authorized for issuance to Intrastate Incorporated, which will hold the
17 licenses in the name of Airport and Airline Taxicab Corporation.
