because of circumstances beyond her control� and requests refund of the
unused portion of the license fees, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized �o refund to
Stella Kamp the pro-rated fee of $ 87.75, deducting � 29.25 from the original
fee of $ 117.00 posted, for the period the licensee operated said business
which will cancel said license issued to her.
