WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has received a check, No. 4660, in
the amount of $4.74, from the Northern Middlesex Young M�en's Christian
Association, made payable to the City of Saint Paul, for payment of City
withheld taxes; and
WHEREAS, the City does not naw have such a city tax, and therefore
has no interest in said check; and
WI�REAS, in reply to correspondence said Y.M.C.A. has asked the City
to dispose of the check by forwarding said check to the person from whom
the taxes were withheld; theretore
BE IT RESOLVEDT that the Commissioner of Finance is hereby axthorized
. and directed to endorse said ch�ck to Miss Jean E. Manton, and the Comptroller
shall forward the check together with all correspondence to Miss Jean E. Manton.
