PAUL DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ECONONIIC DEVELOPMENT Don't Borrow Trouble Minnesota LoanCheck Data Collection and Submission This Grant Agreement is made this day of August 2003, by and between St. Paul Departsnent of Plamiing and Economic Development, (the "Crrantee"), and the Family Housing Fund, a Minnesota non-profit corporation (the "Fund"). The Fund is making a grant in the amount of $3,000.00 (the "GranY') to Grantee as a stipend for installing the LoanCheck software. Additionally, the Fund will provide a payment of $100 per LoanCheck data file that is fully completed and submitted to the Fund. The terms and conditions of the Grant aze as follows: The $3,000 in grant proceeds shall be used to compensate the Grantee far the time and effort of installing and operaring LoanCheck. In addition, the Fund expects that the Grantee will cooperatively participate in any future discussions relating to software enhancements and/or revisions. 2. The Fund agrees to provide the Grantee with compensation of $100 per LoanCheck data file that is fully completed and submitted to the Fund. LoanCheck data files eligible for reunbursement shall have an intake date falling beriveen Mazch l, 2003 and December 31, 2004. 3. The Fund will disburse LoanCheck data payments on a quarterly basis upon submissi�n of the LoanCheck data files an3 an invoice providing the client name, intake date, and file transmission date. 4. Grantee shall establish a separate account in its books and records showing all disbursements of the proceeds of the Grant, which account shall be maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Fund shall, at its request, have access to the files, records and personnel of Grantee for the purpose of making such financial audits or verifications as it deems necessary. 5.
