RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul ,
that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 445, Minnesota
Statutes i967, as amended, and Chapter 115, Minnesota Statutes
i967, as amended, there shall be issued and sold general ob-
ligation bonds of the City in the aggregate par value axnount
of �1, 500,000 fo r the purpose of procuring by the City funds
in said amount to pay the City' s share of the cost of expan-
sion of the sewage disposal system of the Minneapolis-Saint
Paul Sanitary District apportioned to said City by the capital
budget of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Sanitary District for
the calendar year 19'70 and to enable said Sanitary District
to comply with an Order of the Pollution Control Agency of
the State of Minnesota issued pursuant to said Chapter 115,
Minnesota Statutes 1967, as amended; be it
FURTI�E R RESOLVED� That said sewage disposal system
bonds of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorized to be is-
sued and sold shall be designated, "Sewage Disposal System
Bonds, Series B-�96g�� , and the proceeds of the issuance and
sale of the same shall be applied only to the payment of said
apportioned obligation of the City of Saint Paul in the esti-
mated and probable amount of �1, 500�000 for payment of the
cost of construetion of such expansion of the sewage disposal
plant; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� That said bonds shall be issued and
sold pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter 445, Minnesota
� Statutes 1967, as amended, and said Chapter 115, Minnesota
� �tatutes 1967, as amended, and in accordance with Chapter
� 475, Minnesota Statutes 1g67, as amended; that said bonds shall

1g67, Chapter 115, as amended, apportioned to the City
of Saint Paul pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 445,
Minnesota Statutes 1967 , as amended, and the Capital
Budget of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Sanitar� District
for the calendar year 1970, and is not subject to any
provision of law prescribing limits or requiring an
election or referendum therefor.

RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that pursuant to the provi si ons of Chapter 445, Minne sot a
Statutes 1g67, as amended, and Chapter 115, Minnesota Statutes
1967, as amended, there shall be issued and sold general ob-
ligation bonds of the City in the aggregate par value aanount
of �1, 500, 000 for the purpose of procuring by the City funds
in said amount to pay the City ' s share of the cost of expan- �
sion of the sewage disposal system of the Minneapolis-Saint
Paul Sanitary District apportioned to said City by the capital
budge�i; of the Min.neapolis-Saint Paul Sanitary District for
the calendar year 1970 and to enable said Sanitary District
to comply with an Order of the Pollution Control Agency of
the State of Minnesota issued pursuant to said Chapter 115,
Minnesot a Statutes 1967, as amended; be it
FURTHE R RESOLVED� That said sewage disposal system
bonds of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorized to be is-
sued and sold shall be designated, "Sewage Disposal System
Bonds , Series B-1g69'� , and the proceeds of the issuance and
sale of the same shall be applied only to the payment of said
apportioned obligation of the City of Saint Paul in the esti-
mated and probable amount of �1, 500, 000 for paymeiit of the

FURTHER RESOLVED� That said bonds shall be is sued ya,nd
sold pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter 445, Minriesota
Statutes 1967 , as amended, and said Chapter 115, Minnesota

475, Minnesota Statutes 1967, as amended; that said bonds shall

June 18, i968, issued pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
sg67, Chapter 115 , as amended, apportioned to the City
of Saint Paul pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 445,
Minnesota Statutes 1g67, as amended, and the Capital
Budget of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Sanitary Districl;
for the calendar year 1970, and is not subject to any
provision of law prescribing limits or requiring an
election or referendum therefor.
