same is hereby ordered ta be submitted.to the Diatrict Court of the County of Ramsey for canfirmation.

the benef'its conferred thereon; that the said asseasment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Coznmissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assesament as
com;pleted by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Gouncil for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
