WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has granted a petition
of the Town and �ountry Club to vacate certain streets within
its land, used f'or country club purposes, said vacation being
sub�ect to the condition �hat Town and Gountry Club permit the
installation of retaining wall anchors, and
WHE$EAS, The Town and Country Club has presented an
easement agreement in due compliance with the above cond3.tion,
which easement agreement has been executed on behalf of the
Town and Country Club and approved as to form by the Corpo�ation
Couns�l, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper Citg ofPicers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of
Saint Pa�l the said easement agreement between the City and
Town and Country Clu�, and to place on record in the Office
of Re�ister of Deeds the original of sa3.d easement agreement.
