WHEREAS, the Gity of Saint Paul has been requested by the Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development to submit a proposal for a
Municipal Information Sub-system for Public Safety; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul by its resolution
C.F. 245622, dated September 17, I969, authorized and directed�the
preparation of such proposal, which proposal is naw complete in form,
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of 5aint Paul that the City's
proposal for a Municipal Information Sub-system for Public Safety
is hereby approved in all respeats, and The Honorable
Thomas R. Byrne, Mayor of the Gity o£ Saint Paul, is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the proposal and to bind the City of Saint Paul
to the statements and commitments contained in the said propasal; and be
it
