WHEREAS, upon petition by the Housing ami Red�velop�ent
Autharity o� the City of Saint Paul the City Council vacated certain
streets, alleys and an eight-fcot sidewaik per Council resolution,
C.F. No. 245906, and
WHEREAS, in making the report pertaining tcr the above vacation
proceeding the City �aluation Engine�r reccymm�ended that the City
Council quitclaim the Cityts interest in the said eight-foot strip
of land to the Hciusing and Redevelo�ent Authority, which reco�endation
was appraved by th� City Council, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLYED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to exec�t� a quitclai.a deed on behalf of th� City coFnreyi�g
the followir�g d�scribed real property to the Housing and Reclevelop�ent
Authority of the City of Saint Paul:
A strip of l�nd eight (8) feet wide across Lot 6, Block 9,
Robertson�s Ad.dition to West St. Pau1, the Southeasterly
line of which is described �s f�ollows:
Beginning at the Ncartheast corner of said Lot 6, thence in �.
Southwesterly direction at an angle of 330 49►� wi,th the Southerly
line of Chicago Avernue to th� West Tine of said Lot 6 and the East
line of Bidwell Street; also that paxt of Chicago Averiaie,
cont�ineci �ithin the Iines of said eight foat strip prctiduced,
aIl according tc� the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds within and for Ramsep County.
