Two Hundred Ninety-six and. no/100 Dollars ($4, 296. 00) be allowed under
Contract No. L-7110 between the City of Saint Paul and the Sheehy
Construction Company, s aid contract for the General Construction of
Sun Ray Branch Library, and said extra to cover the sid.ewalks, driveway
aprons and. concrete combination curbs and gutters, said work having been
requested by the Comrnissioner of Auditorium, Libraries and Civic Buildings,
and agreement mad,e with the Contractor, and a memorand.um of said
agreement having been filed. with the Comptroller and. countersigned by
him. Charge to 6000-603 to be reimbursed from 9468-603-001. Job #68-79.
