WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the LEXINGTON-STINSON RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM, Comptroller's
Contract L-7057, Hurley Const�ction Company, Contractor, have been provided for
in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions and
Deductions

As per attached Contract Change Agreement No. 1 $300.00
ADDITION
As per attached Contract Change Agreee�ent No. 1 $239.60

WHEREAS, The total deduction is $60.40, and the Co�missioner of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $60.40 is the correct sum to be
deducted from said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing deduction aiade in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$60.40, said amount to be deducted from the lu8p sum consideration na�ed in tl�e
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-7057.
