RESOLVED, That the Council he eb approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the City of
Saint Paul, Board of Water Commissioners, Water Department, H�mline �: Carroll Avenues,
Saint Paul, Mi.nnesota�Three Stepside Trucks and ltao Truck Chassis, 1970 �Sodels ( Less
allowance for trade-ins) to MIDWAY FORD CpMPANY at a net contract price of $15,904.00,
in accordance with bid specifications and Formal �id ��3830 of said Midway Ford Company,
such bid being the lowest and said Midway Ford Company being a reasonable and reliable
bidder, and the Carporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
