Y��.EAS, The City of Sain� Paul eondemned a portion
of Tract "C", Registered Land Survey No. 91, as more
fully described in resolution, C. F. No. 2�+3861, approved
May 1�+, 1g69, and awarded the sum of $�75.0� to the
owner, the American Oil Company, and to its �enant,
Dean�s SunRay Standard Service, said sum �onstituting
an award of damages for the value of land taken and for
the value of the existing improvements located thereon
consisting of asphalt paving and concrete �urbing; and
�, WHEREAS, The owner of said property informs the Gity
that the da�tges did not �ake into account the removal and
replacement of a curb and floodlight base on their said
property, and the Valuation Burea� re�ommenda that the
City pay the additional sum of $300.00 as full and com-
plete compensation for the additional damage caused by
the taking of the said property for the improvement of
Ruth Street; now, therefore, be it
RE30LVED, Tha.t the proper �ity office�s are hereby
authorized and directed to pay the �um of $300.00 to the
American Dil Company and Deants SunRay Standard Service
as complete and final pa�ment for any and all damages
ineurred and arising out of the City of Saint Paul�s
taking of a port3.on of land owned and being a part of
Tract "G", Registered La�d Survey No, gl, said sum of
$300.00 to be paid out of PIR Fund, to be re3mbursed
from M.S.A. 6�-215-05 (Pro�eet No. L-71�43) .
