RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
to the City of Saint Paul and the County of Ramsey, to Various Dc�partments,
STORAGE BATTERIES during period of one year to STANDARD STORAGE BATTERY CQMP'ANY
for the contract price of approximately $7,599.64 (at unit prices b id), in
accordance with City specifi.cations therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid �r3762 of said Standard Storage Battery Company, such bid being the only
bid received and said Standard Storage Battery Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint
Paul and County oF Ramsey.
