RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the Charter Commission is hereby requested, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sec. 410. 12, to approve and refer to this Council
the following amendment to the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul :
The Charter of the City of Saint Paul is amended
by adding a new Section after Section 201. 2 to read as
follows :
201.2(a) . The provisions of Section 201. 2
prohibiting the imposition of a sales or income
tax are suspended and shall have no effect until
January 1, 1972.
