In accordance with the applicable provisions of law, these budgets have been duly adopted by the Housing Author- ity (Resolution No. 69-8/14-1) and transmitted to me over the signature of Edward N. Helfeld, Executive Director of the Authority. Each budget request is based on the amount that existing statu- tory authority permits: Budget - Redevelopment An amount of $290,000.00, or such amount as will provide but not exceed the statutory limit of one (1) mill. Budget - Relocation An amount of $29,000.00 or such amount as will provide but not exceed the statutory limit of one-tenth (1/10) mill. Attached for your informa.tion is a copy of the resolution of the Housing Authority approving similar action by the Authority. It is my recommendation that you concur in this action of the Housing Authority and refer this correspondence to the Corporation Counsel for the proper resolution to effectuate your approval and provide for the proper certification of these tax levies to the County Auditor.
