whereas, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and p4�ovides

for overtime work, and
WHEREAS , the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
Sept�nber 20, 1969, to October 3 , 19b9,therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the emptoyees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446, and No. 3250,
