The staff reported that the plans meet required design standards and have been reviewed by the Traffic Engineer and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. GROSS-GIVEN MANUFACTIJRING �O�KPANY: An �pplication for a permit to instsll a 210-car parking lot for employees on property located on the block bounded by Eaet Fairfield Avenue, Walter Street, Plato Boulevard, and Ldward Street. Mre Sorenaoa summ�rized the staff report seating that the plan meets the design standards and is acceptable to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. The Traffic $ngineer has reviewed the plan anci reco�nenda approval� Mr. Gadler said that Mr. Roberta of the Air Pollution Control should be notified of the new construction by thia caffip�,�y, and Mr. Sorenaon said that this is done if the application is approved.
