(Explain) � o3 ADDENDUMI to LEASE AGREEMENT PR/17E Whereas, the Department of Pazks and Recreation of the City of Saint Paul has provided use the of rooms 231 and 239, consisting of 2,084 squaze feet of space, in the North End Multi-Service Center to the Ramsey Gounty Community Conections Department since January 1, 1999, as documented in Lease Agreement PR/17E; and Whereas the term of the said Lease Agreement PR/17E expired on December 31, 2001 and it has continued on a month-to-month basis as provided in Paraa aph (15) thereof; and Whereas, the parties to the said Lease Agreement PR/17E have agreed to extend the term thereof through December 31, 2004; Be it therefore resolved that Paragraph (2) Term of Lease. and Paragraph (4)(A) Basic Rent shall be amended to read: (2) Term of the Lease. This lease shall be in effect for a term commencing and ending on the dates indicated below, unless terminated eazlier by the LESSOR as provided herein.
