Dear Mr. Marshall:
This is written in response to the application of Paul F. Scheel for a
permit to install an addition to an existing filling station located on the
northeast corner of White Bear Avenue and Old Hudson Road. This property is
further described as:
Lot 5 and the south 50 feet of Lot 6,
except the east 112.69 feet thereof,
Block 5, Hudson Road Gardens.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its November 6, 1969,
meeting. The staff reported that the property was rezoned to Commercial in
1962 and a permit to install the existing filling station was granted in 1963.
Submitted plans meet required design standards and have the approval of the
Traffic Engineer.
Consequently, the Board of Zoning voted 5-0 to recommend approval of this
application.
