03-909Retum copy to: Real Estate Division 140 City Hall e.c. coun�n F�ie # 03 - � Green Sheet # o�U`7F �� RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA �T Presented By Referred To Committee: Date i WHEREAS, on July 21, 1981, the Council approved CF # 277173, thereby vacating that part of Cayuga z Street lying easterly of the southerly extension of the west line of Block 11, Edmund Rice's 4th Addition and s westerly of the southerly extension of the east line of the said Block 1 l; and a WHEREAS, pazagraph 7 of the said CF # 277173 provided that the petitioner, in addition to indemnifying s the City, fiunish the City a bond in the amount of $5,000, which was the standard procedure at that time; and 6 WHEREAS, the City has subsequently dropped from the standard vacation procedures the requirement that � the petitioner furnish a bond; and s WHEREAS, the petitioner has now asked to be relieved of its obligafion to maintain the said bond; 9 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the said CF # 277173 shall be amended as follows: io Paragraph 7 thereof shall be deleted and the following paragraph shall be inserted in its stead: i t 7.
