WHEREAS, Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3250 provides that when
a member of the Board of Review is unable to serve, the Mayor shall
nominate an alternate, and
WHEREAS, Mr. John T. Thoemke, a member of said Board, is
unable to serve at a hearing scheduled for December 9, 1969, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, in accordance with the aforementioned
ordinance, nominates Mr. Adolf T. Tobler as the alternate to serve
as a member of the Board of Review at said hearing; now the�efore be it
RE50LVED: that the appoi.ntment of Mr. Adolf T. Tobler as
alternate be and is hereby approved.
