Rabbi Miller presented his proposal to accommodate t}ie Housing Code requirement that each apartment must have its owi� bathroom. Mr. Tieso moved that a 2-week extension of time be granted Rabbi Miller in order to : 1 . Formulate a new proposal on how to accommodate the requirement that each apartment must have its own bathroom, and �2 .
