RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves and ratifies the attached
Memorandum of Understanding between the City of 5aint Paul and Tri-Council Local 120, Loca149 and
Local 132 to modify Appendix A, Section H of the 2003-2004 Collective Bazgaining Agreement.

MEMORANDUM OF LTNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter "MOU") is made and entered into this
d6'�'� day of ��, 2003, by and between the City of Saint Paul (hereinafter "City"),
and the Tri-Council, Local 120, Loca149 and Local 132 (hereinafter "Tri-CounciP') to
modify Appendix A, Section H of the 2003 - 2004 Collective Bazgaining Agreement
(CBA) between the City and Tri-Council.
Appendix A, Section H of the CBA shall be modified by adding the following sentence:
Grounds Crew Leaders assigned to an abatement crew or the Como campus shall also be
eligible for this $0.60 per hour premium.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter "MOU") is made and entered into this
d,b±� day of ��_, 2003, by and between the City of Saint Paul (hereinafter "City"),
and the Tri-Council, Local 120, Loca149 and Locai 132 (hereinafter "Tri-Council"} to
modify Appendix A, Secrion H of the 2003 - 2004 Coilective Bazgaining Agreement
(CBA) between the City and Tri-Council.
Appendix A, Section H of the CBA shall be modified by adding the following sentence:
Grounds Crew Leaders assigned to an abatement crew or the Como campus shall also be
eligible for this $0.60 per hour premium.
