WHEREAS, 'I'�ie City of St. Paul ha.s entered into various
contracts with the United States of �merica, Department of
Housing and Urban Development, for Open-Space Land Grants; and
WHERICAS, Council File No. 244917, adopted Ju1y 17, 1969,
requested additional sums of money for relocation activities as
follows: Collins-DeSoto Recreation Site, Minn.-OSA-50(DL), �18,500,
and Acker Recreation Site, Minn.-OSA-57(DL), $10,000; and
WHEREAS, The United State of America, Department of Housing
and Urban Development, has agreed to increase the relocation grants
by the above amounts; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That the proper city officials be and they are
hereby authorized to execute Araendment No. 2 to Contract No. Minn.-OSA-
50(DL)(G), and Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. Minn.-O5A-57(DL)(G).
