hereby concurs with the recommendation of the Welfare Budget
Advisory Committee and appropriates to the Ramsey County Welfare
Board �529, 996.00 now in the Contingency Fund and receipts in
excess of the estima.ted receipts to meet anticipated deficits
in the accounts of the Saint Paul-Ramsey Hospital, the Ramsey
County Welfare Department, and the Ramsey County Home .
