WIi�REAS, The City of St. Paul has . entered ir�to various contracts
with the United States of America, Department of Housing and Urban
Development,for Open Space Land Grants, and
WHEREAS, Council File No. 244917, adopted July 17, 1969, requested
additional sums of money for relocation activities as follows:
Merriam Terrace Park, Minn.-OSA-45(DZ) $15,000
Rice-Lawson Recreation Site, Minn.-OSA-47(DL) 8,000
Roosevelt Homes Recreation Site, Minn.-OSA-60 10,000
and,
WH�;REAS, the United States of America, Department of Housing and
Urban Development, has agreed to increase the relocation grants by
the above amounts; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That the proper city officials be and they axe
hereby ,authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to cor�act Nos. Minn.-
OSA-45(DL)(G); Minn.-OSA-47(DL)(G); and Minn.-OSA-60(G).
