WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Coamissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from November 1 , 1969
to November 14, 1969: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the •
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
OrdinancesNo. 6446 and No. 3250.
